Vincent Bergeron is specialized in copyrights, trademarks, patents and business law. He is also involved in entertainment and information technology law.

Vincent Bergeron counsels clients in the protection of trademarks and trade names on the Internet and on social media. He is often called onto negotiate and draft commercial contracts such as licence, assignment and distribution agreements. His practice also includes litigation and the protection of intellectual property assets in general.

Vincent Bergeron has practiced at a national intellectual property firm in Québec city, before joining ROBIC at the opening of the Québec office. Before practicing law, he also founded and operated a small branding and information technology business.

During his law studies, Vincent Bergeron was awarded a grant for having achieved the highest grades in intellectual property law. In 2009, he also received the Lieutenant Governor’s Youth Medal and appeared on the roll of honour of Université Laval Faculty of Law’s dean, while also being the President of Université Laval Law students Association in 2009-2010.

In 2010, he was awarded the Lieutenant Governor Homage Prize presented by the Quebec Bar to a new lawyer who has distinguished himself by his academic results and involvement. Vincent Bergeron is also actively involved as a member of the board of directors of the Jeune chambre de commerce de Québec.
